Evohome coming on of it's own accord

Hi All, I woke this morning at 5:40 and the heating was on in our bedroom. The schedule is set to come on at 6AM. I checked the app on my phone (atached a screenshot) and it says Custom Active under the setpoint. I set it back to what it should have been and then it changed the lounge to 19.5°C, yet ...

Thanks, and yes I logged a call through the Honeywell website this morning. Having just tested it in the last 5 minutes, mine is now (slowly) working again. I will wait for my reply from the service desk and if this was a know service outage will suggest they add a service monitor on their website ...

I had this last few days but after logging a support ticket it's come back and working again.

Coincidence or luck?
