Evohome coming on of it's own accord

Post by nquick »

Hi All,

I woke this morning at 5:40 and the heating was on in our bedroom. The schedule is set to come on at 6AM. I checked the app on my phone (atached a screenshot) and it says Custom Active under the setpoint.

I set it back to what it should have been and then it changed the lounge to 19.5°C, yet this wasn't due to come on for another 20 minutes.

How can I check what caused it to trigger? It's be a few times now that it has happened?!?

Thanks
