I have configured 12 zones using my central controller. However I have ended up with 13 zones on my Android app. I have reset the Android app, but when I log in, it synchronises, and all 13 zones come back. I renamed the 13th zone 'Broken' and moved it to the bottom of the list. It does not appear on the controller zones. Is there a way to remove this from my config altogether?

Just remove your evohome Controller from the Total Connect Comfort (TCC) portal online and re-add 10 minutes later.

Otherwise contact Resideo on the number in my signature and a member of their team can resolve this for you.
