Binding Sequence please

Morning All
Forgive me as I must be daft and inept at reading the H/well install manual but here goes as I can't get clarity from the manual, can anyone assist in the binding sequence so that I don't spend 4 hours on a task that could take 40 mins?
I have an S Plan plus. Forget the H.W side, that's on an independent 1 channel timer. For the other two 2 ports ...
One is doing a small underfloor circuit
The other two port supplies the 11 x house rads.
I have configured the underfloor via the "Figure 4" wiring Dwg only using Blue, G/Yell & Brown wires. To be controlled via a DTS92 stat & BDR91 (bought as a pair)
The 11 x Rads work off the Fig 4 Dwg and totally disregard the 2 port valve- this will be electrically disconnected and left with its lever valve manually latched OPEN
Given this description can you either, tell me ...
A) Which pages to follow in the Honeywell manual for pairing ? or
B) Help me out on the forum?

EG For the Rads, with the now dis-functional 2 port, do i go to page 14 then 18 and set up to "Control a Boiler" ? (ps A system boiler not combi)
And, for the Under floor via the working 2 port on the Fig4, Do I go to page 20 & "Add a Zone Valve" ?

Many thanks, I'm Just after clarity which Honeywell (to ME) don't seem good at, also I want to finish the job in a reasonable time and not be there pulling my hair out at 10pm
