Evohome - OT - low temperature demand

Hi,
I have a thermagen duox gas boiler for which a Honeywell ATC928 controller (connected wirelessly to the boiler (opentherm)) was recently installed. On the first floor I have underfloor heating (connected bdr91 to turn on the pump), on the first floor (hr92) and attic (manual thermostats) radiators. The installation was made by the developer in such a way that for the underfloor there is an additional mixer with a pump (there is no hydraulic coupling).
Currently, the gas boiler is clocking very often (turns the burner on and off) - this is because the controller sends a heating request (but sets the supply temperature very low - 30-33 degrees C). Is there any solution to force a higher (lowest supply temperature) or in some other way reduce its clocking?
