Unable to add zone to custom schedule

Hi,

I am having an issue adding one of my zones to the custom schedule.

The room is in the list be pressing the "X" does not change it to added.

There are 12 heating zones and 1 hot water.

Am I correct in thinking that the hot water zone is not included in the 12 heating zones or is it 12 zones in total including hot water?

The hr92 is connected and working and it follows the default schedule that is pre programmed in to the Evohome.

The zone in question is listed in the custom if I use the phone app and I can create a schedule but this is ignored.

I am sure this is something obvious but am missing it at the moment.
