Morning, reviving very old post here. Hope this is right place.
I have an evohome system with 2 heating zone valves, one is 'rest of house' controlled by CS92s whilst the other zone valve is controlled by the evohome controller's thermostat for a basement.
In the morning and evening I'm finding the BDR91 green light on, thus triggering the basement zone valve to open and heating radiators despite heating still being off on evohome controller.
The BDR91 red light is flashing slowly whilst this green light is erroneously on.
I have reset the basement's BDR91's binding for 15secs plus rebound with the 'basement' on the evohome controller. i.e. have RF device bound the BDR & evohome successfully.
'System devices' on the evohome controller for boiler control show's 'None' which I'm sure is how it's always been.
Timing could be coincident with hot water demand (CS92) but doesn't seem to trigger on the lunchtime hot water boost
I have ordered new rechargeable batteries for the evohome controller, but not reset it yet (old/loose batteries seem to do that anyway?)
At a bit of a loss as to when heating is triggering with slow red light flashing...

Hi Ted, some images of the BDR91's/CS92A installation would help here.
