numerous fault log entries

I have an evohome system installed by a Honeywell installer last year. 12 zones including radiators, under floor and hot water.

Unfortunately there have been pages of faults logged since installation. See attached for example page.

The installer maintains the installation has been carried out correctly.

ECC EMEA CONSUMER SUPP UK <consumersupportuk@resideo.com> don't offer any support service and I can't find an expert to review.

Anyone able to help?

Clear the fault log and see if any more pop-up. Usually the AA batteries in the hot water sensor have gone flat when this happens.
