Outside Temperature Indication Stopped Working

The 'Outside xxC' temperature indication has disappeared completely. (the indication next to internet icon, top left on display), At first I did not notice that it was not updating. It was stuck on 9C for weeks, Then it disappeared completely.
Evohome had been working fine for years, so I contacted Support and they said it could be a firmware update issue. They sent me the latest firmware but this did not resolve the issue,
Three weeks later after numerous exchanges with Honeywell, Resideo and my ISP, including several attempts at Router Configurations (Ports and DNS, Fixed IP et al) . I am still no further forward. About 25 hours totally wasted.
Checking this Forum I could find no other references to this problem. Would it be related to fact I changed my ISP from Plusnet to Vodafone few weeks back. Fingers began to be pointed.......
Oh, it is because I changed ISP ! Plusnet has fixed IP address as standard. Vodafone offered fixed IP address on request free of charge. I got Vodafone's fixed IP, reset all, but issue remains.
Oh, it is because you need to open ports ! What Ports and where to find details. Oh, (no Ports mentioned in User Literature ! Try Ports 2445, 5561, 5562) . Where is this written? I did but issue remains.
Oh, it is because Port 443 has to be opened ! I did that too. No success.
Oh well, it worked before so it is my issue to solve.
Anyone with similar issues after changing ISP?
