EvoHome have added a couple of new smart weather features recently (IE Cold Weather Boost and Warm Weather Saver). I presume that for existing EvoHome systems these will be implemented via a firmware upgrade to the controller. This being the case when is this likely to happen? I have a ATC928G3000 controller running version 02.00.17.03 of the App Software. If for some reason it is not possible to upgrade the firmware on this device is there a discounted upgrade option?

I recently had a specific problem with my Evohome and contacted them direct for help.
They requested a photo of my Evohome display with the pull-off cover removed. Why? Because behind the cover, on the right is stamped the MAC ID, Model Code, etc.
With this information they automatically injected an update over internet direct to my Evohome.
Within 24 hours it was on latest firmware.

When posting here I also contacted Risidio, Honeywell support, and they took me down the same root as you, and it is now working
