Error mesage

My evohome controller has just produced the error message "main low" - any ideas what it is referring too? The controller is permanently plugged in and for this message even Google has failed to find anything

I have to be honest and say after many problems I have found the documentation to be lacking in depth - is there for instance a comprehensive list of the error messages?

Mains low means the power supply has been interrupted or the controller isn't on the dock properly.
