evohome overriding to 5 degrees

Seems like a lot of us are having this problem. Zones defaulting to 5 degrees after a few minutes.
What do support say when you call? I've had a ghost zone deleted that they said was causing the problem but it still remains.
Any solutions beyond deleting zones, rebinding, turning off window open -all of which I've already done.

Just call Resideo technical support again and make sure you choose option 3? Ask for Steve Mist this time though.
