S-Plan system installed a couple of weeks ago. Hot Water and Heating - with HR92's on all radiators (except for two towel rails). Really pleased with it all.

In the last couple of days, I've noticed some random activity with several radiators getting very hot in rooms where they shouldn't. For example, my Dining Room is set at a maximum of 19 degrees - yet I found the room baking hot - but only once so far. The next day my Landing is very hot instead (and then fine since) . The following day my Spare Bedroom is boiling (and again, all working fine the next day).

All the settings & comms seem to be working fine. Very odd.

Is this just a bit of rogue behaviour, or could there be something else wrong?

I find the bedrooms in my house overheating sometimes in the morning at the same time as the hot water is scheduled on.
I think it's because the boiler gets a chance to get really hot during this half hour period, rather than just keeping warm.
I have an oil burner with no opentherm option. I haven't resolved the issue yet.

Try recalibrating the HR92’s,also make sure that when you remove just the head of the HR92 that the black wheel is turned fully anti clockwise before refitting,the valve will then do its calibration.There is also a full stroke setting in the valve menu,they are set at zero by default,you could try setting it to one,which is full stroke,the only downside to this is that the batteries don’t last as long,I’ve been told.

You should never have to adjust the stroke setting. I have 10 systems locally that operate perfectly all at the factory default. You will just impact the battery life.
