Hi all
My radiators have just gone off at 10.24 am. I have set them to go off at 9.30.
I have noticed that there is an hour difference as if the system is still on BST. I have checked everything and the times seem to be correct but the system still activates an hour later.
Is there anything i should check?

Try rebooting the controller?

I’ve tried rebooting but it still doesn’t work. The downstairs radiators have just come on at 1700 when they are set to do so at 1800.
Is there a setting on the hs92 that I have to think about?

No setting on the HR92.

Contact Resideo Technical Support and raise a ticket.

Something to check: go to your account page on the web and check the spelling of your location city. In my case it was spelled incorrectly and thus not recognized by the system, hence the time difference.
