My system was installed in Feb 2019 and I figured that I should change the batteries of the wireless thermostat, but how does it open to reveal the batteries please? There is no obvious clue as to where you open it?
Thanks

The front fascia just pulls off to reveal the batteries.

How do you open the unit to fit the wires for the sensor insertion probe
I see it hinges but i don't want to crack the plastic with brute force and ignorance

Two tabs in the battery area hold the fascia to the backplate.

Help with what? The CS92 is a sensor for the hot water tank. The BDR91 is a wireless relay for the evohome system and its not battery powered.

I have a warning on my evohome console saying “battery low hot water sensor. I’m struggling to find out where this sensor is. Could you tell me how to replace the battery?

You are looking for a sensor that looks like this. You open it by pulling the front flap off. Can't help much more than this I'm afraid?
