Evohome no longer providing outside temps

Hi,

My evohome has stopped showing the outside temperature, it used to, then got stuck on 3 degrees for months, and now it doesn't show at all.

I've just had a reset and rebind, and everything now seems up the spout.

The DHW now overshoots by around 10 degrees since the reset.. I had an odd issue where the evohome wasn't switching the DHW valve, but that seems to have miraculously fixed itself.

In the settings of evohome there doesn't appear to be the option of DHW to be set as priority (I have a DHW priority valve)

The outside temp still doesn't show, although the app shows the weather.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

I'm getting really annoyed with it, it worked fine for 2 years

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Forgot to say I'm using the opentherm module aswell

Have you contacted Resideo technical support and escalated this? Did the issue get resolved?
