Comms fault hot water sensor

Have just moved into a new house and the display unit has an error message stating “comms fault hot water sensor. Please check system or contact installer.” I’m sure it is something simple, but the previous owners have not left the user guide. Any help would be appreciated!

Change the batteries in it. Google search 'evohome installation guide' for the manual.
