HR92 battery crash

Two of my 12 HR 92 suddenly have catastrophic battery usage.
New set of quality Duracell batteries last about two weeks.
Anyone seen this behaviour?
System has been stable and happy for several years.

You can always give Resideo (the manufacturer) a call? Their number is in my signature and they can investigate for you.

I have this issue too. I have 11 HR92s in the system. One has terrible battery life.
Decent alkalines last about 10 days. I got fed up with that and am using Nmih, which lasts around three days.

I have moved the offending HR92 to a different room (same room as the controller( and changed it's binding accordingly.) The fault follows the HR92.

I never got to the bottom of it.
I replaced two HR 92s

bringing my total of dead HR 92s to 5 (from 17)

Not happy
