Hi
I have now had the EvoHome system and HR92 radiator thermostats installed (all supplied by you at EvoHome home shop). All seems to work "ok" except in a couple of rooms with with more than one radiator. In these rooms the situation is as follows:
2x radiators in the room
Temperature set to 21°
Room temperature measure by me at say only 18.5°
Radiators warm, but not hot.
HR92s then manually turned up to 23°, but no whirring noise, so they must already be open and asking for more heat?
Then I check the boiler and its showing operation at say 30% and system temperature of 44°
Is this correct? Surely the boiler should be working harder to raise the temperature of the radiators in this room.
Any help gratefully received.

Re: EvoHome with Vaillant ecoTEC plus 624 boiler
I would need a load more information to even start to advise you. Half the problems we receive each day are outside of the evohome system itself and a problem with the heating appliance or the heating system. Why is the system temperature at 44C for instance? How is evohome controlling this?

Re: EvoHome with Vaillant ecoTEC plus 624 boiler
To follow this one up, I solved it by moving the EvoHome controller to the room with two radiators and setting it as the room thermostat. Now all seems ok.
From this I think I need a room thermostat for each room that has multiple radiators.
many thanks
