Temp setting in one zone keeps defaulting to 5 degrees

Been using the Honeywell Evohome system for 3 years without problems but now the temperature in our main living room is being repeatedly overridden so that my setting of 21 degrees is dropped to 5 degrees. It happens regardless of whether I set the temperature using the base control, or remotely via the App or when in desperation I re-set it manually using the radiator thermostat.
How can I stop this happening?

Maybe turn the smart weather function off?

Having exactly the same issue. After 10-15 min, the Living room zone, where the EvoHome device is, defaults back to 5 deg.
Any solution found?
Thanks for any ideas...

Indeed, must be weather controlled temperature function. Came with the new firmware a while back. And/or have you set your location recently. Without a location, I believe this function does not work.
If so, you can see an additional money-icon on your EH controller, next to the room that has been set to 5C.
Long shot: you haven't installed or connected any domotics software to your system? If this controls your radiators, you'd see a phone icon next to the temp of the room that is being controlled.

I had the same problem on 2 zones. Turns out it was the control dial on the top of the TRV moving slightly and setting a manual override.
Just try moving the control dial on the TRV back and forth a few times, this will set a temperature override on the zone. Then use the controller or app to reset it. Hopefully it won't happen again.
