Heating actuator BDR91 error

Today I've installed the heating hot water kit in my existing evohome controllerd system.

In the setup on the evohome controller, I've selected a 3-way valve. Evohome then asked me to bind with the hot water actuator a BDR91A connected to the CS92 sensor and my existing heating actuator BDR91A connected to my heater.

everything worked fine. After a couple of hours I've received an error saying that the heating actuator can't communicate anymore w/ the evohome controller.

in fact, turning off the heating in the evohome controller would not turn off the heating actuator bdr91.

I had to redo the binding again. this solved the issue but just for the moment.

Which could be the reason?

Could be some interferences issues? In the room a space of 6m2 there are 3 BDR91 actuators. one to control the hot water, one to control the heating actuator and the other one to control a pump for the floor heating

such a number of actuators so close might cause interferences to each other?

seems I might have found the ansswer here https://ensupport.getconnected.honeywel ... uage=en_US

> The most common reason for this is that the BDR91 Wireless Relay Boxes are positioned too close together or next to metal items. Please find attached a document referring to the things to be taken in consideration when installing wireless heating controls.

I've moved the BDR91 and now the error is gone.
