HR92 issues on 'mature' installation

I had the evohome system professionally installed on about 14 rads about 20 months or so and all was working well.
A couple of the rads are now not fully shutting off.
I've tried replacing the batteries and doing recycles but it looks like the HR92 unit is stopping short of fully turning off the valve.
(When I set the HR92 to off, let it run and then remove it, feels like its short to turn off fully by around a half turn or so on the valve)
As I say the installation was working fine until a couple of months ago and seems to have developed this issue.
Anyone seen this issue and/ or offer any help

Many Thanks

What TRV valves do you have?

I believe they are honeywell that came with the installation. Reason I say that is that I hadf some 'hammering valve' issues at the start (known honeywell evohome issue I believe) and had to have a couple of them replaced

When you remove the HR91/HR92 from the valve base plate, you should be fully rotating the black hand wheel fully anti-clockwise before putting it back on, where the Radiator Controller then recalibrates to the TRV. More details here - https://youtu.be/kEAD-IkXRrY

Apologies for the delay in coming back to you and thanks for the suggestions.
I have recalibrated a number of times but doesnt seem to completely eliminate the issue
As as aside I have 2 rads in the room / zone and I do have a sofa close the the rad that is causing trouble but I do have the T87RF2033 thermostat covering the room and the 2 rads.....unless there is a binding issue.
I did notice that the black wheel on the base plate seemed to be a little bit more loose / had a little bit more play than the other rads. I might tray swapping the complete base plat assembly out to see if that helps.
