13th zone?

13th zone?

I have just upgraded my controller from version 1 to version 3 and I am pleased to have use of the mobile app. I notice yesterday on the app that there is what looks like a 13th zone left of the hot water box at the bottom of the front page. It has no name but says "62.0 degrees" and "Permanent" with the the squashed circle icon. Does anyone know what that is?

It's just an error, which is referred to as a 'Ghost Zone'.

If you contact Resideo on the number on my signature and choose the app issue option when prompted, they should be able to sort this for you.
