My Evohome still not been updated to the new firmware is there any way to push the update its a 3000 version ?

I emailed Honeywell who have now pushed the new update to my device

Can you share which contact email did you use, and what information you had to provide to get an update? I mean, account was sufficient, or IP address or MAC address or anything else?
And what is your current firmware version?

Its only available on G3000 model evotouch controllers and the contact number is 0300 130 1299.

Thank you, Meanwhile I manage to get in touch with local support
(Poland) and I received 0 software version 2.00.19.33 and no change to Wifi software, which stayed 02.00.17.00.
I assume now my evohome system is up to date.
The only what I have to learn now is advanced load scaling algorithm and benefits:-)

I have the ATP921R3100 model...is this the G3000 unit....should this have updated? I'm still on the 17.03 version.

Yes, if you are on an earlier firmware version contact 0300 130 1299 and get the update pushed to your controller from the manufacturer.

I have the ATC928G3000 which is still on 17.03. Should this have the 19.33 firmware?

All devices can be updated to 19.33 from any previous version. If you want the update 'pushed' to your device, simply call tech support in my signature.

Phoned them this morning and sent the info as requested. Just had an email to say it has successfully been upgraded. Checked it and it is now at 19.33 complete with weather optimisation.

I wonder why it didn’t upgrade automatically though? Can’t complain about the support. A fast response.
