Moving House - Suggestions

I have an Evohome controller with hot water kit with temp probe for sealed tank and opentherm module for my Intergas system boiler.
I have 12 HR92s.

I am loathed to leave the system behind but it might be the most cost effective way to go.

The person buying my house does not want a multi-zone system. They want a simple as possible controller.

Is there a way to use the evohome controler with out any trvs and just have the heating come on via setpoint of the zone of which the controller is the sensor? I know its trivial to set the controler as the sensor but i cant see if there is a way to have a zone with no valve. A waste i know but this would just mean at my new house i can use my current 12 trvs and just buy a new controller (and hot water kit).

Or is there a cheap controller that works with a R8810A1018 and a bdr91. Ideally also support cs92a... optional, suppose i could take that too and just have hot water timed.

Its a Y plan system.

Any ideas what my simplest and cheapest plan of action should be for moving and taking and much as possible with me with out having to rewire anything/involve a professional installer (will use a professional at the new house to install)

Buy an old evohome (G2000 model) and setup as a single zone system with hot water priority.
