Hi

My EVO home wifi controller seems to have stopped updating the outside temperature - it appears stuck at 23C for the last couple of months.

The Total Connect website shows that the controller is connected to the internet, so not too sure why the temperature isn't being updated.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Any issues, just call the 0300 130 1299 number for instant(ish) support.

I should have got back to the forum earlier...

After a few months of puzzling over what was going on, I pulled the batteries, gave it 5 minutes and then put them back in again.

It is working fine again!
