Electric towel rail and electric UFH in same room setup

Hello
Hope you can help me pick the right bits of kit please.
I need to heat a small bathroom with a mix of electric underfloor heating and an electric towel rail wired separately. It needs 500-600W of heating according to online calculators. The 430W of electric underfloor heating is limited to 27C by the tiles.
A towel rail has a puck switch to link it to Control4 which will provide an interface for it all in the end.
The rest of the house has a new Evohome Controller and HR92s.
Q1) Do you suggest an electric towel rail to supplement the electric UFH or do the majority of the heating?
Q2) Is this the way to add these elements to Evohome?:
T87RF battery powered thermostat inside the bathroom ie 1 single zone,
bound to 2 BDR91s (1 for towel rail 1 for UFH both needing less than 5amps),
linked to 1 RGF100 If not what - two zones in one room?
Q3) The UFH has a Prowarm thermostat just outside the bathroom?
Would this need to be retained to limit the temperature or does Evohome Controller take care of that?
Does it matter where the BDR91 goes in the circuit?
Would this setup still allow management by Control4 on demand/schedule just for warming towels when room temperature control is not/less needed.
Thanks for any input you can give.
