Hi I’ve had a perfectly working Evohome system for 3 years, no issues.
The other day the water was cold so I went to the controller and saw a small red triangle on the hot water display with no temperature displayed . Faults suggested a Hot water sensor and Hot water valve error.
On going up to the loft , all 3 BDR91’s (upstairs,downstairs and hot water) had a solid red light on. I changed the CS92 batteries, all the lights seemed to go off, the upstairs/downstairs work fine from the app and controller, boiler works fine and the valves move.
Faults say restored and I can call the hot water by pressing the BDR91 but not from app or controller, they do nothing. If I press the CS92 for 5 secs it flashes 5 reds and a green, but that’s it.I can’t seem to get the BDR91 for the hot water to be activated via anything other than the button.
Any help greatly appreciated !

It was probably the CS92 screening the system. At the point you changed the batteries the system would have settled down.
