I bough the "TES-Wi-Fi-Value-Pack-A" on 29/10/2018 so am coming up to a year.
I have Y Plan system. 2 x BDR91 (hot water and heating) , 1 x ATF500DHW0, 5 radiators zone valves.
When it works it's great. But more often than not it doesn't. The iPhone App has been utterly useless since day 1. Nine times out of 10 when I open the app it doesn't load my system. Just sits there and eventually times out. Recently, If the stars are perfectly aligned and I do connect and make a change to room temperature it doesn't update on the App but does update on the on the actual thermostat which is fine when you're in the house but if you're out and about you have no idea what it's done. I can rule out home network connectivity (wired and wireless) for two reasons. 1) I'm 100% sure i have a solid internet connection and WiFi signal throughout the entire house. 2) If i login to the Evo home website and make changes through the web interface it works fine.
Tonight i came home to what I though would be a warm house with hot water and there's an error related to hot water comms fault that I can't clear. The red light is flashing at about a 1 second interval. I tried resetting it to rebind it by holding the button on BDR91 for 15 seconds (also tried 10, 20, 30) yet the flashing doesn't change. I turned power off to the system and tried again but still no luck. So as of right now i have no hot water.
Have I got a dodge system or is this thing just a unreliable piece of crap?

As for the app issues, unfortunately i cannot help with that. Do you have the most up to date version?
