App won’t connect to controller

Hi all, I hope somebody can help me!
I have two evohome controllers, both connected to WiFi directly. Both have been working but fine but since this morning, one of the controllers, when selected in the app, just comes up as “loading” continuously. The other one works fine. The controller seems to be happily connected to the internet (I changed WiFi etc to see if it was WiFi related but it said “connected to Internet” both before and after. For information, I did add a pair of trvs this morning at a similar time but maybe this is just a coincidence.
The app doesn’t really give me many options to try to reset the connection as far as I can see?
The controller seems to be working fine, just I’ve lost app control!
