After a lot of thinking and reading I decided that evohome was the product for us. But after experiencing lots of issues I am close to ripping it all out.
I constantly have radiators that will stay on after the schedule or never come on, rooms never feel as warm as you would expect and adjusting the local rad stat it doesn't make much of a difference.
In my living room I decided to use the hr92 and the evohome unit for temperature control but still things are not good.
I tried to setup ifttt but I get an error on connecting to the service.
Before any one asks yes the radiator BTU's are up to the job and so is the boiler.
I spent a lot of money on something that was ment to save us money but all it has done it make us in happy.
Any advice before we replace the whole system?
Reliablelity issues
Re: Reliablelity issues
I've had evohome for a month now and am very pleased with it.
Did you install the system yourself? From my limited knowledge these issues tend to stem from communication issues and siting of the BDR91s. Do they have blinking LED lights: https://ensupport.getconnected.honeywel ... uage=en_US

Have you contacted Resideo (Honeywell Home) for support on 0300 130 1299?
We have sold 1000's of systems online and before selling online we installed 100's of fault free evohome systems.
Honeywell evohome can be a very big learning curve if you are expecting to install this on a DIY basis without detailed knowledge of the system... We highly recommend professional installation using a Honeywell Connected Specialist.
