Controller not showing the hot water any more.

Hi, I bought the evohome with hotwater kit a year and a half or so ago but only had it installed about 8 months ago by a Honeywell installer. Everything was working great till now. First the controller showed the hotwater has lost signal to hotwater sensor, I left it thinking it might have just lost signal and will come back but when I looked again the controller wasn't showing the hot water at all any more. I reset my router and binded my CS92 Transciever BDR91 Relay box multiple times but the hot water still doesn't show on the controller. I know it's working cause if I press the over ride button on the relay you can hear the 3 port valve changing position and it fires up the boiler but it just doesn't show on the controller. Has any one got any ideas? Help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Contact Honeywell Home on 0300 1301299 and get them to investigate if I was you... 8-)
