Underfloor heating - TH132-AF

Hi all,
I have just got an EvoHome system and waiting for it to be installed. My house is mostly all radiators, aside from kitchen and dining room, which have underfloor heating.

I'm wondering if anyone can help with how i would convert my 2 existing underfloor heaters (TH132-AF) to EvoHome please?
Do i need to replace these with something else?
get some other device?

sorry, not sure on the steps needed and looked over the web already for help but couldnt see anything.

Is it electric or wet system UFH?
