HR92 blank screen

Hi
Installed a Evohome system last spring and one of the HR92 stopped communicating with the controller with the screen on the HR92 blank. I replaced the batteries of the HR92 but still does not work and still blank screen. Any ideas for full reset or something else. At least it should be within warranty from your shop.

When you replaced the batteries did you replace them with ones of equal length? Depending on the date code of the device, if it was purchased from us and is still within warranty we can sort for you. If not contact Honeywell on 0300 130 1299 and they will resolve for you.
