Random heating radiators

I've read throgh related threads but cannot find a similar fault , apologies in advance if I've missed the solution.
My system:
Evotouch controller atc928g3000
BDR91 linked to ideal combi boiler (50cm tail between boiler and BDR).
Z1
2 X Hr80 within one open room ( living/dining room ). The controller lives in the middle of this room and is set to control the temp of this area. Both Hr were syncd as zone 1 and can be heard activating simultaneously.
Z2
1 X Hr80 in the hall. Self monitoring
Z3
1 X Hr80 in girls room. Self monitoring
Z4
1 X Hr80 my bedroom. Self monitoring
Rooms 3,4,5 keep standard trv which are set accordingly and heat whenever a hr80 call for heat.
The hr80s were all I could afford at the initial outset and I didn't see any major difference that justified the expense of the 90's
There is no ifttt integration or additional wireless Devices on site.
We control the system using the app or controller.
Remote control is disabled and window is enabled
I upgraded to the new wireless eco touch after my my eBay version 2 ( with hub) which I got in Jan 18. I upgraded as i had a similar problem with random heating radiators, delayed commands and I could not use ifttt.
So, my issue is that I could have z1 set to 19d via schedule and z2 to 19d with Z3 & Z4 at 14d.
Z1 is quite happy and is maintaining 19d.
Z2 is colder at 17d as its an open hallway so is obv calling for heat.
But Z3 & Z4 are at 25d, red hot but are set for 14d.
Now 25d at 6am in a bedroom is wayyyyy to hot for keeping ya socks on !
It seems to be Z 3&4 that are the guilty parties but in the past all the zones have been known to go random.
I thought I cracked it last week when I read the hr80 PDFs AGAIN and found 'def and 'full'
My understanding of 'def' is the controller will fully or partially open/close the valve as required.
I believe the controllers were previously set to 'full' and I thought that this may have been the cause of random heating but after changing all to ' def' the same problem still occurs??
To turn off the radiator I have to override in the app or controller with a new temp and time set point.
I invested in this and I boasted how it would save me money but 2 months in and it's just a reason for her indoors to nag daily at me.
Any suggestions welcome......divorce attorneys especially
