Having fitted an Evohome setup in my own house last year, I did the same at mum's house. She purchased the kit from here herself (a couple of months ago), an electrician did the wiring, and I set up the system.
She has decided to move into a retirement apartment with electric heating. Her house is sold SSTC, completion expected in early February. We are considering whether to remove and sell the Evohome kit (reinstating the original programmer and TRVs), or sell it with the house.
In both cases, would the original warranty and support (on here, as a customer) be transferrable to the new owner?
Warranty and Support Transferrable?
Re: Warranty and Support Transferrable?
Our 12 month warranty and technical support is only valid to the purchaser of the products and is non-transferable I'm afraid...
