Logged out repeatedly

Hi - I've been managing my Evohome system with the Total Comfort app from my Android phone and a tablet. I've just bought a new android tablet. Since installing the app on the new tablet I keep having to use login again on each of my devices.

Is there some kind of limit I've run up against?

I've just realised that the original installer (not evohome shop - I subsequently bought a pair of T87RF thermostats from the evohome shop) had actually wired in a completely redundant RFG100 wifi gateway... The system is recent and has a 3rd Gen Evohome controller. I shall be returning the gateway and asking for the price to be refunded.

However I don't think it has any bearing on the logout problem. I noticed because the gateway indicators showed no connection but the remote app was working...

Hi, Installed my Evohome this week, all working fine, just needs normal tweaking. However like you bit disappointed to have to keep logging back in on the phone.... So far I think I'm accessing approx 10 times then needing to log in again...

Yes I have the same problem on my phone (the Ipad is fine!)

I have already raised a support ticket with Honeywell.....

Hi, Thanks for the update - hopefully get a fix soon. System however is working perfectly !
