Hi,
First post here, I've tried reading the FAQs, google searches and emailing Honeywell (no reply).

We have an Evohome, a dozen or so HR92s and three DT92Es. Two of the DT92Es are in the kids bedrooms. In the zones with DT92 I want to control the local override so that the kids can't accidentally change the setpoint by mucking around with the HR92; but allow the DT92 to change the setpoint. The Evohome setttings appear to be all or nothing, in that you can either enable override, or disable it for all devices in that zone.

I was just going to glue the wheel on the HR92s, but I'll need to change the batteries at some point...

Any help gratefully appreciated.

The only solution I can think of is fitting HR91's? These have no local override at the TRV - https://theevohomeshop.co.uk/honeywell- ... hr914.html

Oh well, I guess there isn't an easy solution, thanks for confirming I'm not missing something obvious. The HR91 look perfect, wish I'd known about them last year when I fitted the system. I might get some and stick the HR92s on ebay. Or more likely I might try just drill a hole in the wheel of the HR92 and stick a screw in it!
