Hello,

Just curious how do we identify if the devices are running the latest software and / or firmware available from supplier !?
Also,is there an open source or third party software / firmware ?

Thanks

The latest firmware is pushed out by Honeywell to the devices automatically when they require it to be.

My device looks to be currently on Application Software Version: 01.00.07.01 and Wi-Fi Software Version: 01.00.06.10 which I believe to be the latest. 8-)

How do you actually find out what the firmware version is on the device? Where is the option please?

Actually found it via good old Google:-

To find out your current devices 'Application Software Version' and 'WiFi Software Version' to see if you have new firmware installed, press the 'SETTINGS' button once to enter the user settings menu, then press and hold the 'DEVICE SETTINGS' button for approximately 10-15 seconds.
