Multiple room/zone installation advise

Post by oyLittle0 »

Hi, I am looking at installing everhome into a 4 bedroom house, 2 of the bedrooms have 1 radiator in each and the other two have 2 radiators in each, all will have HR92-Radiator-Controllers fitted.
The boiler is a BAXI DUO-TEC 40 - 40KW COMBI BOILER

Bedroom 1 is used every night
Bedroom 2 is used when my daughter comes back from uni
Bedroom 3 is used as a spare bedroom for my older daughter
Bedroom 4 is not normally used

I also have other rooms downstairs that will be controlled by the HR92-Radiator-Controller, there are 8 rooms to be controlled in total.

Question 1 - Do the HR92-Radiator-Controllers have built in thermostats?
Question 2 - Can i control the room temperatures from the main controller?
Question 3 - Can I turn off individual rooms based on usage, via the main controller (so that they can be turned on if we have visitors, but normally remain off)?
Question 4 - Can i control 8 rooms as 8 zones with 10 HR92's all at different temperatures?
Question 4 - Do i need, can i have separate thermostats in each bedroom

The installation consists of the following:
evohome Wi-Fi base pack x1
evohome Radiator Zone Kit x10
Wireless Digital Room Thermostat x1
Wireless Relay Box x1

Q1 - Yes
Q2 - Yes
Q3 - Yes
Q4 - Yes, each zone can independently time and temp controlled.
Q5 - No, Yes but radiators still need a HR92 fitted to them.

I hope that helps.
