In fact, if I do not screw the hr92 head completely, making the water flow with a small opening (no matter how small), the operation is optimal, but logically it is not the appropriate solution.

De echo si no rosco del todo el cabezal hr92 haciendo que con una pequeña apertura (por pequeña que sea) el agua fluya, el funcionamiento es óptimo, pero lógicamente no es la solución apropiada.

I give up.
I switch to bdr91 and praying that it works as it did in the other house.
My last attempt was to change the r8810 in case it had a problem and it did not communicate well with the boiler.
I have configured a single zone with the new opentherm relay, it does the same, the hr92 opens at P10%, it does not let the water flow through and the boiler starts and stops constantly.
I have programmed the hr92 head to maximum travel (parameter 6 to 1), I have allowed the system time to see that this way it could not maintain the temperature and see if the hr92 would open more, but nothing, it does not learn, the radiators are still frozen and the boiler heating water for an absurd circuit. Naturally, gas consumption is low, but infinitely expensive for what it contributes.
This has been able to me.
Bad weather is coming, and instead of having a super efficient and precise system, I have a dysfunctional installation and I don't know where to go, if to the bdr91 or normal heads and single thermostat.
He came from an atmospheric boiler with the bdr91 on / off and the evohome with 8 zones and was delighted with the system, seven years of comfort and savings.
I don't know how modulation and the opentherm protocol could have made something that was simple for the user so very complicated. I see many people in many forums with the same problem, with different boilers (I bought the intergas because their technical service assured me that the operation with evohome was 100% compatible), and in the end some blame the others (honeywell intergas and vice versa), but no one really gives me a solution.
I have only gotten help in this forum, so I can only thank you for your time.
Greetings and good luck to future users of this system.
Many thanks

I am sorry you feel you have not got a solution. We have an Intergas Rapid and Intergas Xtreme 36 here working with evohome with no problems. Some issues with HR92 valve percentage is that the TRV is not fully compatible. I think this is due to the design of the TRV, which allows the HR92 to be open, but no flow to pass through the TRV valve body. Obviously you must bear in mind that the pump on the Intergas can be full adjusted too in sync with the boiler output. I am not saying the whole process is an easy one, as you need a fundamental understanding of boiler, heating system design and evohome operation. Unfortunately, only so much I can do to help.
