HR92 is the valve / radiator controller. I was asking about the actual valve.
What is managed to understand from your problem is that you have heat demand but no flow when valve position drops to a lower figure. My apologies if I did not understand correct.
Heat demand while at set point may happen (actually will almost always occur) because heat is needed to keep the room at a steady temperature. At that point the heating system is compensating heat loss of the room(s).
What full stroke does in my system is opening the valves more vs normal stroke, I am under the impression that at 50% would correspond to the regular 100% (double) but I can't find figures on it.

Tengo exactamente el mismo problema con el evohome con 12 zonas, el r8810 y una caldera intergas hr
¿Te puedo preguntar si lo resolviste y como?.

I have exactly the same problem with the evohome with 12 zones, the r8810 and an intergas hr boiler
Can I ask you if you solved it and how?
