Flowmax Heating System & Evohome

Range Flowmax system relies on 'heat store' to provide on demand hotwater similar to combi system. However, there are two circulation pumps, (Pump 1) to circulate water between boiler and heat store controlled by tank stat. (Pump 2) to circulate water to radiators controlled by room stat.
My question is can the Evohome cylinder thermostat CS92 / BDR91 directly run my boiler & hot water pump (1) and can Heating Controller / BDR91 directly run my circulation pump(2)

This is probably possible, but probably not a direct application like many other heating systems.
