Time not updating

Time not updating

Hi,
I have an Evohome heating system that has been working fine for a couple of months. Today the time has stopped updating.
I have changed the time manually ant turned auto update on and off - but it still will not update.
I have also rebooted my router just in case.
Any ideas on what could be wrong and how I can fix it?

If I do a factory reset will it download my settings or will I have to start again and rebind everything and redo my schedules?

Hi Ian,

There have been issues with UK wide internet over the past couple of days and as the time when on 'auto update' relies on the internet connection, then this could be the issue. Maybe give Honeywell Consumer Support a call or message to log this issue - http://getconnected.honeywell.com/en/contact-us

Unfortunately the app and internet side of the device can only really be remedied by Honeywell themselves.

I had to pop out - when I got home it is working again.
