Evohome HW Temp

Hi,

I have the Evohome setup to control my heating and hot water on a closed invented hotter system. It used to be fed from a tank in the loft but this was changed by a local Honeywell (specialist). The problem is recently the hotter will not go above 49 degrees even though it is set to 60 and it seems to take forever to get there.

I have probably not given enough info but any help would be appreciated.

I did speak to the engineer but he was not very interested, I won't bore you with the detail.

What is actually set to 60? The unvented cylinders thermostat or the evohome hot water set point?
