Heating going past Temperature setting

Hi

Our evohome system has been installed ow for 6 months and works brilliantly. We recently noticed our hot water was really hot and checked the tempo and it was 59, when the setting was 50. I have checked i) the settings ii) the sensor on the side off the tank and iii) the communications between sensor and controller - all look good - any ideas>?
