Heating override query

Hi everyone,

Newbie to the forum but we have had our Evohome system in place since before Christmas last year.

We are having an issue turning off the heating or even adjusting the temperature schedules so that the heating does not come in unless required.

We currently have the thermostats set at 13 degrees, however, despite the room being around 18-19 degrees, the heating system still kicks in and runs as normal.

Out of desperation we attempted to turn off the heating all together. However, despite setting it as permanently off, the system overrules it, turns itself back on and cancels this setting.

It is slightly frustrating at the moment as we are approaching warmer weather and i have no desire to grow oranges or orchids in our living room.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Need more details on the system David. Sounds like the system is not bound or installed correctly...
