HR92 orientation on rad is bent

I'm trying to screw off and on the HR92 on a rad but when it's fully screwed on, it faces the radiator (as opposed to facing forward).

If i get it to face forward then it isnt fully tight.

How do I sort this?

I've attached a pic of the valve on which the HR92 screws on.

You can slide the locking bar on the HR92 to the left to pull if off the base or else rotate it with respect to the base. Then just slide it to the right again to lock the HR92 with that particular orientation.
