HR92 not changing temperature at change time.

I’ve had the evohome system for 6 years now. For the past few months a couple of HR92s have failed to lower the temperature in the evening and they are stuck in heating up until the next rise in temperature at 5am. Tonight the dining room is supposed to go to 10 degrees at 7.30. I’ve just gone in there before bed and the radiator was on 19c and still heating up. I’m not sure if it had lowered the temperature earlier and only recently changed to 19c again. When you look in the app it looks like someone has adjusted the HR92 dial by hand when they haven’t. I am getting a bit fed up of this plus it’s wasting loads of gas. Can anyone please help? Batteries are all ok.

Try taking the batteries out of the affected HR92(s) for 10 minutes and back in followed by a re-calibration of the valve base plate.

If that fails, contact technical support and they should be able to see what is going on.
