Unable to rebind boiler relay

Replaced WiFi router and all linking accept boiler relay, have done the 15sec clear bit and rebind, which says accepted but relay and boiler still not responding to controller or phone. Works on override? Any ideas appreciated

Not sure, but maybe reset to factory settings and rebind everything from scratch?
I know its painful but I end up doing this every year to fix my problems (random override to 5C)
